RETURN POLICY

Article 1. Applicable Period

• Within 7 days from the date the customer receives the product.

Article 2. Product Conditions

• Must remain in original packaging, with intact labels/seals, and unused.

• Must be accompanied by the purchase invoice/receipt issued by ALOA JSC.

Article 3. Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Customer contacts Customer Service → submits a request.

2. ALOA JSC verifies → provides instructions for returning the product.
3. Exchange/Return or Refund will be processed within 7 days.
