VNPAY Payment Guide

VNPAY Payment Gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards, bank accounts, or the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into banks' Mobile Banking applications or linked e-wallets to make payments.

Other Payment Methods via VNPAY

Method 1: Payment via "VNPAY-QR Supported Applications"

Step 1: Select product → "Order Now". Choose VNPAY payment method.

Step 2: At the VNPAY gateway, select the icon for "VNPAY-QR supported payment applications".

Step 3: Open the Mobile Banking App on your phone → Select "Scan Code" → Scan the QR code on the screen.

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.

Step 4: Verify information, enter the discount code (on the banking App), and confirm payment.

Method 2: Payment via "Domestic Card & Bank Account"

Step 1: On the payment page, select VNPAY method → Place Order.

Step 2: Select “Domestic Card and Bank Account” and choose your Bank's Logo.

Step 3: Enter card information (Card number, cardholder name, issue date). Enter the OTP sent to your phone.

*Note: The transaction expires after 15 minutes.

Other Methods

International Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB...): The process is similar to Domestic Cards.
VNPAY E-wallet: The process is similar to scanning VNPAY-QR.
Apple Pay:
- Use the Safari browser.
- Select "Apple Pay" method at the VNPAY gateway.
- Authenticate using Face ID or Touch ID.
